Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse with LifeBridge Health, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and serve as a resource for patients and their families. You will conduct initial and ongoing assessments, gather data relevant to individual needs, and develop and document plans of care. You will also implement, document, and provide care and education based on the plan of care, and evaluate and document the outcomes of nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to patients and families
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, gather data relevant to individual needs, and develop and document plans of care
- Implement, document, and provide care and education based on the plan of care
- Evaluate and document the outcomes of nursing practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed RN
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card
