**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Patient Assessment: Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results and implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Treatment and Education: Monitor and adjust treatment plans, educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

**Qualifications:**

  • Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
  • Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
