Responsibilities
  • Clean and restock guest rooms efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Complete daily tasks independently, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
  • Maintain your housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas promptly.
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, including furniture moving, carpet cleaning, and more.
  • Provide a welcoming environment for guests, addressing requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to assist guests and team members.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
