Job Title: Toxic Tort Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our asbestos and/or toxic tort practice group for a nationally renowned litigation law firm. The firm specializes in complex civil matters, with a focus on toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a litigation caseload, handling local and national accounts throughout California.
  • Independently conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and review discovery requests.
  • Prepare and respond to discovery responses, pleadings, and court filings, with experience in e-filing.
  • Support trial preparation and maintain accurate time records.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability.
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to practice in California.
  • Experience with motion practice, depositions, and lead plaintiff and expert depositions.
  • Ability to work independently, analyze complex matters, and multi-task.
