Our approach allows you to dedicate your attention to one patient at a time, delivering care in their preferred environment, whether that be at home, in nursing facilities, or hospitals. For patients requiring more intensive care, we offer specialized services at our Hospice Care Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
The RN will deliver skilled nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers as directed by the physician, adhering to the regulations set forth by the State Board of Registered Nursing and BCN policies. This role reports to the Executive Director and/or Clinical Nursing Officer.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferred experience in general nursing, with a focus on hospice, home health, or critical care.
- Ability to manage pain effectively and perform IV skills.
- Strong nursing practice skills and emotional resilience.
- Understanding of hospice care principles and end-of-life issues.
- Compliance with health and safety policies.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Positive references from educational and professional sources.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible and cooperative team player.
