We are seeking a skilled Datacenter Technician to join our team at netPolarity, Inc. (Saicon Consultants, Inc.).

• Deploy and maintain NPI server products while partnering with other engineers and contractors.
• Provide engineering expertise to technical teams spanning multiple disciplines and geographies.
• Engage with internal stakeholders in product planning, development, and validation activities.
• Track and report status vs. objectives throughout the lifecycle of the program.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience in IT Support.
• 0 - 2 years experience in high tech industry.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Skilled in MS Office tool suites, Confluence, MS Sharepoint.

• Data Center/Hardware Infrastructure experience.
• Inventory, Asset Management and shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience in high tech industry.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• High attention to detail and good follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in areas of data center system deployment, software deployment, and validation.
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking.
• Ability to function independently with little direct supervision.
• Physical Requirements – Candidate needs to be able to lift 50lbs and be flexible enough to get under a raised floor as needed.
