Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at IES - Residential. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of craft workers engaged in the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
  • Maintain working relationships with subcontractors, division managers, and other skilled trades.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems.
  • Maintain knowledge of and enforce company safety rules and procedures.
  • Assess material, equipment, and labor needed to complete assigned tasks and ensure all items required are ordered and at the job site in compliance with the scheduled requirements.
  • Communicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understood.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor in Multi-Family area.
  • Possess knowledge of the current National Electric Code.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check, and drug testing requirements.
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings.
  • Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
