Edison's Entertainment Complex is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of energy in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Food & Beverage Director and Front of House Manager. Key Responsibilities: Ensure guest satisfaction at all times. Lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift. Availability to work holidays and weekends (weekday availability is a plus). Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local liquor laws. Follow all safety and sanitation policies. Effectively communicate food and beverage menus. Accurately take guests' orders. Correctly and precisely calculate each guest check. Cash handling. Room set up and tear down. Clean, stock, and maintain the workstations throughout shift. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Adhere to company policies and philosophies. Requirements: Outgoing personality. 1 year experience serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar environment (banquet serving is a plus). Basic math skills. Commitment to teamwork. Strong ability to communicate effectively. An eye for detail. The ability to multi-task.
