Seeking Cleanroom Technicians in Phoenix, AZ - Competitive Pay with Weekly Compensation
A prominent manufacturing organization is in search of cleanroom technicians in the Phoenix, AZ region. These technicians will operate within a controlled environment, assisting in the sanitization of refurbished semiconductor components. Candidates with prior experience in similar settings and who are comfortable utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Position Overview:
- The selected candidates will engage in activities within the cleanroom, focusing on the cleaning of both refurbished and newly manufactured semiconductor components.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleanroom, production, or labor-related environment.
- Ability to wear protective gear, including a bunny suit.
- Strong attention to detail for verifying part numbers and work orders.
- Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including heat during summer and cold during winter.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime included) at $18.00 per hour.
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
- 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM at $20.70 per hour.
- Shift differentials available.
Work Environment and Benefits:
- Non-climate controlled environment, experiencing heat in summer and cold in winter.
- Dress code includes steel-toed shoes, long pants/work jeans, and an Aerotek T-shirt (bunny suit will be worn over clothing).
