About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Williamsport Nursing and Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and evaluate patients to determine skilled therapy needs and develop initial and ongoing care plans
  • Implement physical therapy services with minimal supervision, adhering to applicable state regulations and ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to provide services under your plan of care
  • Provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings
