Job Overview

FMC Biddeford is seeking a skilled dialysis travel nurse to join our team. As a dialysis nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient response to dialysis therapy and making adjustments as needed.

About the Role

This is a 13-week assignment with a competitive salary of $1919 per week. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a dialysis nurse and a current state-specific RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient response to dialysis therapy
  • Makes appropriate adjustments and modifications to treatment plans as indicated/directed by supervisors or prescribed by the physician
  • Administers medications as ordered to assigned patients
  • Assesses educational needs of patient and educating the patient and family regarding end stage renal disease, dialysis therapy, diet and medications

Requirements

  • 1+ year of recent experience as a dialysis nurse
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school
  • Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
