OverviewWe're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pender Medical Center, located in Burgaw, NC. As a member of our MedSurg/Stepdown unit, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearThis is a full-time position, working 72 hours every two weeks. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' conditions and health needs
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current North Carolina Nursing License or Multi-State/Compact
- One year of relevant experience, preferred
