Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert knowledge and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform technical tasks including phone repairs, screen replacements, and battery installations.
- Manage key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with relevant work experience.
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize the company's electronic retail systems.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and experience working with small parts and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred for driving roles.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs as required.
