Job Description

The Meat Cutter is responsible for cutting meat according to product specifications and time standards. This involves rotating cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness, stocking and arranging the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines, and completing use and following of the buffet production system to insure quality and shelf life compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.
