  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, scanning items and displaying transaction details on the monitor.
  • Welcome customers as they enter the store and address their needs promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring no personal items are present.
  • Distribute coupons and rain checks as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in grocery retail, particularly in front-end operations.
  • Experience in the natural foods sector is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while collaborating with a team.

Physical Requirements
