Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at a rapidly growing and stable company.

This role reports directly to the VP Ops, a highly experienced leader with a strong focus on developing and mentoring future leaders.

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across the entire operation, from change over and plant layout to capital spend and efficiency planning.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business results.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement changes to plant layout and capital spend
  • Lead efficiency planning initiatives to drive cost savings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of equipment and processes
