Spa Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Spa Attendant to join our team at OneSpaWorld. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a relaxing experience for our clients. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including common areas, locker rooms, and treatment rooms.
• Ensure linen towels and beverages are always clean and well-stocked.
• Check-in guests, provide orientation, and address any concerns or issues.
• Pro-actively and creatively solve problems as they arise while the guest is in the spa.
• Communicate effectively with all service providers, managers, and fellow employees.

Requirements:

• Exemplary client care and guest service skills.
• Ability to empathize with clients and provide a personalized experience.
• Sell motivated with a 'can-do' attitude and good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

The spa and retail environment can be fast-paced, but we maintain a safe and healthy workspace. You may be required to work overtime, evenings, and weekends, but your flexibility and willingness to adapt will be rewarded.
