About This Role
Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Gastroenterologist to join our team in Westerly, Rhode Island. This locum tenens position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive gastroenterology services to adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Perform a range of general GI procedures, with a focus on endoscopies.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Rhode Island Medical License
- Board Certification in Gastroenterology
- DEA Registration
- ACLS and BLS Certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in gastroenterology practice
