Overview

LifeLinc Anesthesia is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality, cost-effective anesthesia care in a dynamic, collaborative clinical environment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license and contribute to leadership in anesthesia care.

About the Facility

Banner Churchill Community Hospital is a 25-bed licensed hospital serving a rural population of approximately 45,000 people. Our hospital employs over 300 staff members and has over 40 active physicians and allied health professionals. We offer acute and primary care, including comprehensive emergency care with an ambulance service covering over 5,900 square miles.

Schedule and Benefits

We offer a PRN schedule with shifts available Monday through Friday and call. Malpractice coverage is provided by LifeLinc. Our team is committed to providing excellent care and service to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations, including requesting consultations and diagnostic studies.
  • Select, obtain, order, or administer pre-anesthetic medications and fluids.
  • Manage patient airways and provide post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care.
  • Respond to emergency situations using basic or advanced cardiac life support techniques.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation.
  • Successful completion of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council on Certification.
  • At least two years of independent experience as a CRNA.
  • ACLS/BLS/PALS certification.
Language Skills

Must be able to read and write English. Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and effectively present information to supervisors, patients, and other employees.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
