Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Della Infotech. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports.
  • Supervise and guide Assistant/Aide staff as per governing board guidelines.
  • Design and fabricate splints as per doctors' prescriptions.
  • Develop and administer treatment programs to enhance patients' functional abilities.
  • Utilize therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.
Requirements
  • Acceptance of new graduates.
  • 2 years of OT experience preferred.
  • LTC or Rehab experience required.
  • MO State License required.
Certification and State License Requirements
  • CPR certification.
  • Missouri state license.
Work Schedule
  • Weekends as needed.
  • No on-call requirements.
