The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and providing patient care in alignment with our organization's standards and values. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing patient care in accordance with our 8 core values
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient and physician-related information
  • Participating in continuing education programs to enhance professional growth and development
  • Ensuring a safe and infection-free environment
  • Evaluating patients and administering appropriate treatments
  • Completing and submitting reports in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Interpreting and reporting treatment results
  • Supervising support staff as needed
  • Developing and implementing programs and services
  • Practicing Physical Therapy in accordance with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice

Requirements include:

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
  • Current licensure and certifications as required
