Job Description:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be a solution-focused champion within a high-velocity, innovation-driven culture that values results and efficiency. You will perform incoming inspections of purchased parts, components, materials, and assemblies based on engineering design data, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You will also document inspection results, verify finish/condition, dimensions, and configuration per inspection plans, and review supplier documentation for compliance with engineering requirements. Additionally, you will perform and record first article inspections, document nonconforming conditions of parts and assemblies, maintain inspection data and tool calibration systems, and assist with internal audits and external service provider audits as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have 3-7 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing preferably in aerospace, automotive or manufacturing. You should also have a strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T standards, proficiency in using dimensional measurement tools, and experience with SPC run charts, Gage R&R, and measurement system analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 p/a + Equity + Benefits
