Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery department, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure the highest quality products are available to customers, including baked goods, desserts, and other items.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or bakery environment.
  • Knowledge of bakery products and ingredients.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
