Youth Soccer Coach

Job Overview:

Lil Kickers of Danvers/Wilmington is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional on-field experience to children aged 18 months to 12 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Lead fun and engaging weekly classes, following provided lesson plans and adhering to safety guidelines
• Set up, clean up, and maintain the field after each session
• Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events
• Complete all scheduled training sessions and adhere to Lil Kickers programming
• Work consistent shifts throughout each session, including weekend mornings
• Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season

• Possess a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to go the extra mile for children in your classes
• Demonstrate honesty, creativity, and a coachable mindset while striving for excellence

What We Offer:

• An estimated $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location
