IT Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Deployment Specialist - Hardware Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As an IT Deployment Specialist - Hardware Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and that their IT systems are up-to-date and running smoothly.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Deploying and configuring IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, and other devices;
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues;
• Collaborating with team members to ensure that IT systems are properly configured and functioning correctly;
• Contributing to the development and implementation of IT processes and procedures;
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT hardware deployment and configuration;
• Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware and software systems;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record;
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
