Position Title: Physician Assistant - Gastroenterology
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient health and address their needs effectively.
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary.
- Communicate any issues or inconsistencies to supervising physicians.
- Gather and analyze patient medical histories to identify any irregularities.
- Track patient progress and maintain detailed records of medical interventions.
- Respond to urgent medical situations as required.
- Assist in surgical procedures and preparations.
- Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine medical tasks (such as measuring vital signs and administering injections).
- Deliver therapeutic care (including wound care and suturing).
- Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for patients.
- Adhere to all medical regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across various specialties.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid NY State License.
- Board Certification is required.
- New graduates are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 annually.
