Job Responsibilities
  • Represent the firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members.
  • Design mechanical systems for various building types, including commercial, mixed-use, mission critical, life science, and R+D facilities.
  • Prepare due diligence reports, gap analyses, and feasibility reports.
  • Develop sustainable mechanical solutions and produce concepts and detailed drawings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience working in a consulting firm.
  • 3+ year supervisory or project management experience.
  • LEED AP accreditation is highly preferred.
Estimated Salary Range: $94,031-$164,554 USD per annum
