Visionary Communications LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Coordinator to join our Fiber team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all fiber construction and engineering activities within the Northwest Wyoming and Southern Montana region.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Fiber Construction, Engineering, and Installation teams to ensure seamless execution of fiber projects within the region.
- Develop and implement local market sales strategies to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer adoption rates, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with our Operations Strategy Manager to develop and implement regional fiber infrastructure plans.
- 3+ years of experience in fiber optic construction and engineering, with a focus on underground and aerial placement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel to job sites within the Visionary Communications LLC territory (approximately 20-25% of the time).
This role requires sitting for extended periods, using a computer and software applications, as well as occasional walking, standing, and lifting (less than 50lbs). Visual and audio acuity are essential for this position.
