About Us:
We are a prominent family-owned property management firm seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our service operations.

Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of a maintenance team to ensure the effective upkeep, inventory management, and repair of property grounds and buildings. You will actively participate in maintenance tasks while also supervising the scheduling of in-house and vendor work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Support a customer service-oriented approach that positively impacts residents and visitors.
  • Participate in on-call duties alongside other maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of trade-related experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in apartment maintenance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance practices.
  • EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
