We are seeking a skilled Post-Acute Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team at TeamHealth in Birmingham, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities with targeted rounding


About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality patient care in a post-acute setting. With a 5-day per week schedule, you will have the time and resources to focus on providing exceptional care.


The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate clinician who can work collaboratively with our team to provide outstanding patient outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An active Alabama license and DEA certification
  • Previous post-acute experience is preferred but not required


Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes:

  • An estimated salary range of $118,360 to $140,032
  • No cap on productivity income potential
