Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our team at Soliant. This full-time position will involve providing speech and language therapy services to elementary students, with a focus on individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students, developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to student needs.
  • Bilingual Assessments: Conduct bilingual assessments and evaluations as needed, utilizing expertise in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, including 7 other bilingual SLPs, to ensure a supportive and effective therapy program.
  • Case Management: Assist with case management responsibilities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with students, parents, and educators.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid SLP license or Clinical Fellow status in Illinois.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken); no monolingual candidates will be considered.
  • Experience: Experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
