Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales process by contacting prospects, setting up appointments, and reviewing membership options with new visitors.
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on studio features, class offerings, and membership options.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals established by the General Manager.
  • Support in-studio events and promotions to generate new sales prospects.
  • Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
  • Set new members up for success, support members with class selection, and participate in member appreciation events.
  • Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and studio presentation for current and potential customers.
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills, reviewing training materials, and participating in staff meetings to support achievement of personal and studio goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts.
  • High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
