Your Responsibilities as a Production Assembler:

  • Execute fundamental assembly tasks while adhering to proficiency and quality standards set by the facility.
  • Interpret and follow written assembly instructions (process sheets) to carry out assigned tasks, including numbered lists, color coding, and diagrams.
  • Conduct operations as outlined in product documentation to assemble printed circuit and mechanical components. This encompasses, but is not limited to, preparing parts, stuffing, inspecting, testing, reworking, soldering, packaging, masking, and modifications.
  • Position, insert, and secure various mechanical and electrical components.
  • Utilize standard hand tools, such as cutters, nut drivers, crimpers, and soldering irons.
  • Apply adhesives or bonding materials as required.
  • Select and route specific wires to designated points, which includes cutting wire and attaching terminals or connectors.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent educational background (GED); or up to one month of relevant experience or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
