Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification (within one year of hire).
- PALS certification required (within one year of hire).
- Successful completion of arrhythmia competency (within 6 months of hire).
