We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Charge Nurse for our Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facility. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing a bed Long Term Care Unit or a 17-20 bed Skilled Nursing Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily treatments and medications as needed to residents
- Document care on residents and communicate with families and physicians
- Supervise CNA's and CMA's assigned to work on the unit
- Ensure compliance with CDC recommendations and Joint Commission standards
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
