Job Summary:

Infiltrator Water Technologies, a leading manufacturer of innovative onsite wastewater treatment solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Shipping Department, you will be responsible for loading outgoing product onto flat-bed trailers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading outgoing product (large chambers and tanks) onto flatbed trailers.
  • Transferring product from a staging area to the main inventory area, as needed.
  • Re-stacking pallets and ensuring product integrity.
  • Operating a forklift throughout the shift, loading and moving material according to customer orders and standard operating procedures.
  • Communicating with coworkers, leadership, and drivers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Completing required daily paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Proven forklift operating experience in a busy industrial environment.
  • Ability to safely operate an 11,000 lb truck with forks that are 102" long.
  • Capacity to safely move product that is 8 ft high and 15 ft wide.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions year-round.
  • Past shipping experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
