Healthcare Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Administrator - Patient Safety to join our team at Queens Hospital Center. In this role, you will be responsible for leading patient safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Job:
- Develop and implement patient safety policies and procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement electronic health records
- Lead training programs for staff on patient safety and quality improvement
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree required
- A valid New York State License
- Plus Master's degree (MPH, MS, MBA, MHA) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and administrative experience
- Residency trained and Board Certified in respective specialty
Estimated Salary:
$250,000 per year, depending on experience
