We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at Car Pros Automotive Group. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our sales lot, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
- Delivers vehicles to sites, locations, and customers as required.
- Transports customers as required by service or sales department personnel.
- Cleans the interior of all lot vehicles and maintains a minimum of 1⁄4 tank of fuel in all vehicles.
- Prepares sold vehicles for delivery as directed by management.
- Maintains the internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom, and sales lot.
- Treats members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner, and maintains a professional demeanor while on the job.
- Adheres to the dealership's sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies and other policies in the dealership handbook.
- Maintains ongoing compliance with Car Pros Policies and Procedures via CompliGo.
- Follows Car Pros standards regarding dress code, wears provided uniform, and carries a professional appearance.
- Wears Car Pros Employee ID Badge daily.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by designated members of management.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, and basic life/AD&D insurance after 60 days of employment. Car Pros sponsors 80% of basic medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental, and vision insurance for employees. Employees pay the additional cost for dependents and any voluntary elections. Employees can enroll in the company's 401k plan after one year of service. Employees will accrue one-hour personal time off for every 30 hours worked.
Pay: $17-$21/hr
