Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Operations Exercise Developer to join our team at Goldbelt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing training scenarios that simulate real-world cyber operations. Your expertise in joint force interoperability concepts and principles will be essential in creating challenging and realistic training scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop exercise concept and plan of action and milestones based on Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) requirements.
  • Assist MCIOC with developing an appropriate problem that would necessitate a USGOV response, while also determining the appropriate type and size of military force that would be employed.
  • Conduct extensive research on the exercise area of operations, including open source and classified materials, and develop a Road to War (RTW) that is based upon factual data to the greatest extent practical.
  • Coordinate peer-review of all scenario materials to ensure accuracy and relevance, including SMEs related to PSYOP, COMMSTRAT, CA, Cyber, EW, and IJISTO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or cybersecurity.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
