Position Overview

Soliant is in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide essential services within an educational setting. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students in need.
  • Perform assessments and evaluations to identify individual student requirements.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each student.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to enhance student development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services rendered.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Possession of California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school-based environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
