Job Overview: As a Plant Hygiene Coordinator at Peak Talent Search, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation in our manufacturing plant. This is a challenging role that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sanitation, HACCP, pest control, and quality systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the plantwide sanitation program, develop and implement sanitation practices and procedures, and collaborate with facility departments to define sanitation activities and resources. You will also be responsible for providing regular performance feedback and oversight of development/training plans for individuals within the sanitation team.

We offer a competitive salary of $63,750 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a proven track record of problem-solving and leadership.
