This comprehensive fellowship offers structured curriculum, simulation training, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors. With over 12 months of continuous RN experience, you'll be well-prepared to take on this challenging yet rewarding role.

We offer a competitive salary range for this position, with an estimated annual compensation of $123,100. However, additional compensation may be available in the form of shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime premiums, or bonus opportunities.
