**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description

A Physical Therapist with a passion for rehabilitation and patient care is sought after by PARS Therapy to provide evidence-based treatment services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and create effective treatment strategies
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote optimal recovery and prevention of future injuries or illnesses
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans

Requirements

  • Active license in the state of Texas required
  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Experience in home health or rehabilitation preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Current knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities
