About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and documenting all interactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining electronic guest cards, inspecting models, and communicating service needs to the property manager. Additionally, you will provide electronic quotes, assist with online applications, and disclose upfront leasing fees and approval requirements. Your primary goal will be to close sales and ensure seamless resident move-ins.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet prospects, qualify leads, and document all interactions
* Maintain electronic guest cards, inspect models, and communicate service needs to the property manager
* Provide electronic quotes, assist with online applications, and disclose upfront leasing fees and approval requirements

Requirements:
* High school diploma or better required
* 2 years' experience in customer service or sales preferred
* Proficient user of email, internet, and web-based applications
* Strong customer service and marketing skills
* Ability to interact well with co-workers, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors, and the public in a professional and pleasant manner

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year based on location and experience.
