  • Perform general cleaning of the plant, including emptying trash and recyclables, and safely cleaning up spills.
  • Support initiatives related to regulatory compliance, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues to management.
  • Strip paint booths and handle and dispose of hazardous waste generated by the truck manufacturing process.
  • Recycle materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Advise Team Leader of any safety or quality issues and participate in huddle team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Perform duties applicable to your work team and assist other team members as needed.
  • Be able to read, write, and use a computer to complete tasks and maintain records.
  • Utilize tools in a correct manner in assigned work teams and reduce waste in the work area.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift 75lbs.
  • One year experience in a related field preferred.
