Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Instructor to join our team at Home Builders Institute Inc. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to our students in the field of plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in plumbing and related trades
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching to students in a classroom and on-site setting
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure successful completion of training programs
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop and implement curriculum and training materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in plumbing and related trades

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Journey-level experience in plumbing or related trade preferred
  • Strong coaching and teaching skills, with ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
