Tax Advisor

At H&R Block, we're seeking a skilled Tax Advisor to join our team. As a Tax Advisor, you'll play a critical role in providing tax preparation, audit support, and tax planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Provide tax planning and audit support to clients, helping them navigate complex tax situations.
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual tax returns and tax planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both in person and virtually.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
