Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at The Resource Exchange Inc. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to children from birth to 3 years old, utilizing physical therapy expertise and family-centered practices to empower families and promote the early development of their child.

• Provide assessment and intervention services to children with disabilities or delays, utilizing evidence-based practices and family-centered approaches.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Support Plans (IFSPs) that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
• Empower parents to take an active role in their child's development, providing education and support to promote independence and inclusion.
• Participate in team meetings and consultations to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• BA in Physical Therapy and Colorado licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Three years of experience working with young children with disabilities or delays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to facilitate group meetings and communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
• Intermediate level of computer application and mobile technology expertise.
