Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair all HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior repair and grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner, minimizing downtime by anticipating necessary repairs and keeping records of past operating experiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement energy-saving solutions and best practices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License (vehicle provided).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in commercial HVAC systems.
