Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems
  • Assure that equipment is being maintained in a safe manner
  • Minimize downtime through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training
  • EPA Universal certification preferred
  • Excellent social skills, including oral and written communications
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
